How to use the SIP calculator

Use Copy results when you want the breakdown elsewhere. Nothing is uploaded. Figures assume a constant return and ignore fees and taxes.

Frequently asked questions

How is SIP maturity value calculated?

This tool uses the standard future-value SIP formula: M = P × (((1+r)^n − 1) ÷ r) × (1+r). P is the monthly investment, r is the monthly rate (annual percent ÷ 12 ÷ 100), and n is the number of months. When the return rate is zero, maturity is simply P × n.

What is a SIP?

A Systematic Investment Plan invests a fixed amount at regular intervals—usually monthly—into a mutual fund or similar product. This calculator estimates how that habit can grow if returns stay constant.

Should tenure be in years or months?

Either. Select years or months, then type the matching number. Years are converted to months (× 12) before maturity is computed, so 10 years becomes 120 months.

Is this investment advice?

No. Results are planning estimates only. They assume a flat expected return with no expense ratios, exit loads, or taxes. Markets fluctuate. This page is not financial advice.

Does the SIP calculator upload my investment details?

No. SIP math runs in your browser. Deskutil never receives the amount, rate, or tenure you enter.
